FAQs section, Set Up Instructions and other usage instructions, and in the Caution page linked to from the Footer, any part breaks or fails to perform as expected for proper enjoyment and use during the first three years of ownership by the original purchaser please contact customer service at
customerservice@velocityrockers.com describing the issue. Send a photo if possible to illustrate the problem. Replacement part(s) will be sent to you free of charge.
