Quite happy with this setup. Rock solid. Totally changes indoor riding with Zwift. Easy to assemble. Using a Wahoo Kickr.
Take time to make sure the bike is exactly centered over the center of the trainer - I ended up marking the centerline with a strip of tape, then used that to ensure the bike (not the trainer) is perfectly in the middle of the trainer. It was slightly off-center on my first setup and the motion was "odd".
So I have had these now for several months and logged around 600 miles on it. Delivery and packaging was great. Setup was super easy. As others likely mention the rocking does not correspond to outdoor sprinting but it has not effect for my purposes which was to get away from totally static riding (or at least minimal movement that is built into the wahoo). It makes long rides very doable (I have done a few metric centuries on it so far as well as a ton of 50Ks). I am fully satisfied with the rocker board.
Rides longer than an hour were always a bit hard in the saddle. The static position on the trainer didn’t allow a natural movement. The Rocker has allowed me to ride longer without the saddle discomfort. The multiple axis movement feels so much more like being on the road. Well worth the investment! My wife bought the original plate a year ago.
A perfect compliment to my smart trainer set-up. The motion feels natural to me, snd makes the indoor miles much more comfortable. So happy i bought this. The LEDs are a nice touch too!!
