Velocity Rockers maintains a three (3) year parts warranty and customer service support for the original purchaser of our products. If, through normal use and after having performed regular maintenance as described in the FAQs section, Set Up Instructions and other usage instructions, and in the Caution page linked to from the Footer, any part breaks or fails to perform as expected for proper enjoyment and use during the first three years of ownership by the original purchase please contact customer service at customerservice@velocityrockers.com describing the issue. Send a photo if possible to illustrate the problem. Replacement part(s) will be sent to you free of charge.
